An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate with 6 years'+ PQE to join a market-leading Real Estate team based in Edinburgh.

Job Description

This role focuses on Living Sector developments, hotel and leisure transactions, and transformative projects across Scotland.

The Role

The successful candidate will work across teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow, contributing to major projects and managing their own transactions. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting hotel owners, investors, and operators with portfolio management and agreements.
  • Assisting developers with Build-to-Rent (BTR), student accommodation, and social housing projects.
  • Working with housebuilders on residential development projects.
  • Handling title examinations, site assembly, and drafting leases for large-scale developments.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6 years'+ PQE, with experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A keen interest in the property industry and a proactive mindset.
